I just wanna say, I think one of the biggest problems is that politicians argue that climate change does or doesn't exist but none of them talk about pollution. The same things causing pollution are "allegedly" causing climate change. No one argues that pollution exists. Some shocking facts are that 23% of the world deaths come from environmental causes or that transport of too much unhealthy food and water causes thousands of tons of carbon dioxide into the air. Or that land pollution is rampant with overflowing landfills.

Sources:
According to the United Nations Environmental Programme, 1 million birds and 100,000 sea mammals are killed yearly by marine litter.

A lot of this comes from the waste in landfills overflowing and so cargo liners and such will dump waste into the oceans

I concur.

When people like Trump deny the climate change phenomenon, it sends out a wrong message to his followers. It might seem like a harmless thing to say, but then we all saw how far a harmless joke about Trump becoming the POTUS has come. We need be a little more responsible.

I read this a while ago and it makes total sense - https://www.connect4climate.org/article ... g-it-right.
