I understand why you feel defensive about the pro animal use/abuse posters on this Board but I am sure that this action has nothing whatever to do with politics. You might argue that merging threads is over-controlling: that's an arguable point of view but I'm certain that Wayne was, as he said, taking admin action only. Could we not solve the problem arc, by placing a reference to your action list at the beginning of the thread (you know, a "see below", statement)? Would you agree to that Ante?

I have just edited the introductory post of Seal Clubbing thread (13 times). I do not have time to play games. I do not post here for entertainment, ego trip, to flirt or to date. I am deeply concerned about animal suffering and have been trying to use this forum to this aim. If administration of this forum is going to intentionally and continuously make this difficult then, I hate to sound rude, but you can .....

As of this forum being taken over and dominated by anti-AR/AL people there is nothing theoretical about this. One just needs to count and see what is obvious.

PS Arc108 thread on this barbaric horror of seal clubbing has been edited, its introductory post buried near the end of this page and merged with this thread by the administration.

IMO, this is one more attempt to discredit confuse and downplay AR, AL (radical animal welferisam) views and to divide people that genuinely care about animals.

Animal pro use and exploitation element has taken over this forum. This is not a conspiracy theory as has been stated by pro user moderator (surprise ), but an obvious observable reality.

This is to be expected. Multi-billion dollars Animal Users Industries have a lot at stake. They have been organizing themselves and defending themselves (National Animal Interest Alliance NAIA e.g.). They have a lot of cash to shell out to protect their interests. They do not want the change. They want to continue using, exploiting and abusing animals as it best suits their multi-national, multi-billion dollars business enterprises.

Maybe you should have looked at the rules a little more closely before you went through all of that work. I do not plan action myself since this has been blown well out of proportion and it can be argued whether the usage is excessive, but that does not mean the rules were not violated nor that action will not be taken. This is just a friendly notice on my part.

Members should post in a way that is consistent with "normal writing". That is users should not post excessive numbers of emoticons, large, small or coloured text, etc. Similarly users should not SHOUT or use emphatic punctuation marks such as ! and ? in topic titles or posts.
