a bit of bringin yall up to date.
boy=3rd grade
girl=4th grade

yesterday just got their state testing exams results in the mail.

boy=99th percentile in reading for the state
95th percentile in math for the state

in 4th grade they test a bit deeper:

girl=95th percentile in reading for the state
99th percentile in math for the state
93rd percentile in social studies
99th percentile in oral communication and vocabulary
85th percentile in spacial relations

lately i been thinkin' aunt betty stopped her blinkin'....soon she'll be a stinkin'..........my deceased mother in law speaking of her aunt who had died.

That's very good. If they get a chance to take the SAT before high school, they should do it. That's a great experience. We had the opportunity in 7th grade.

i owe it all to playstation and xbox versions of mortal kombat and grand teft auto. :lol:

actually i think never having any game consoles in our house probably actually has something to do with it.
