Canned pineapple is good stuff. I like canned pineapple mixed with cherries.

Today I had a side of penne cold pasta salad primavera, a dollop of tuna salad, a dollop of green salad with raspberry viniagrette. And 2 Reeses cups.

If it has enough dressing you can do it.

Ok.. that could go so many different ways, but I'll take it the innocent route.

Dressing is way to overused... I doubt there are many people out there who know what vegetables really taste like!

LOL, I am on a diet but love ranch dressing. For lunch I had a bunch of cut raw veggies and buttermilk ranch dip. I also enjoyed a large glass of green tea which I hope cancels out the ranch dressing.
