Anyway, hello everyone. I've read many introductions and am delighted that you are all so light. I have been on other forums which I've seen become very "HEAVY" in insults and put-downs. I haven't yet read the issues posted but in time, I'm sure I will become familiarized. (And so maybe I'll need that hard-hat after all) I am a Northerner - Canadian (pop: 33 million. Isn't that about the pop. of California?) and living still in an area that is relatively pristine in terms of population and degradation of environment. I count myself lucky as most of you do too. But I don't really think of myself as "Canadian" - (apart from my citizenship and the necessary passport that goes along), as much as I see the world as a whole regardless of nationality which is, anyway, a construct of our thinking and our creation. I'm here to gain insight and I'm hoping that this forum might teach me somethings as well as allowing me to share my concerns.
