Detailed Information:
We offer a diverse range of services. Our workshop programs and publications for elementary school teachers and their students emphasize hands-on, discovery-based learning and mentorship. We are actively involved in BC`s adult English-as-a-second-language (ESL) community promoting environmental citizenship. Our new media projects include an online curriculum-linked environmental education resource for K-7 teachers and an exciting science mystery game for children. We build activity kits encouraging out-of-school science experience and host special events for children and their families. And always, we emphasize ways in which science and technology contribute to the quality of our lives - impacting our everyday experience.
