Promoting regional planning with the preservation of wildlife corridors, scenic vistas, prime agricultural land, and the creation of urban growth boundaries/green belts around existing large cities. We promote high speed rail to new, eco-cities, in regions with adequate carrying capacity. Our city designs are auto-less, with light rail, trolleys, separated bike, blade, and horse trails. We incorporate renewable energy sources, fiber optics with 2-way computers in all residences, community garden plots, recycling pantries, and other civility enhancing infrastructure and social designs.
