Renew America seeks to identify environmentally sustainable programs carried out by local governments, private corporations and non-profit citizen groups. Each year it publishes an Environmental Success Index which highlights the very best and most successful environmental programs of the year. Applications are accepted year-round and can be submitted via the web page. Additionally, Renew America sponsors an annual national teleconference which covers a different aspect of environmental renewal every year.
