The objective of the Canadian Botanical Conservation Network is to develop media for exchange ofinformation on botanical conservation among Canadian botanical gardens, arboreta, industries,universities, government departments and the general public. CBCN will raise awareness of biodiversityprinciples, policies, programs and services, support national and international biodiversity initiatives andthe implementation of the Convention on Biological Diversity, and facilitate habitat rehabilitation throughthe identification of appropriate plant stock for restoration programs. address Canadian Botanical Conservation Network
