As a team member of the Advanced Reactor Innovation and Evaluation Study (ARIES), Los Alamos has been andcontinues to be responsible for systems analysis that eventual leads to conceptual designs of optimized commercial and demopower plants. The present focus of Starlite is the selection of the best tokamak as a candidate for the US Demo Power Plant.
