Acterra ("act" for action and "terra" for earth) is a nonprofit environmental organization based in the San Francisco Bay Area. We bring people together to shape sustainable communities and preserve natural resources through education, action, and advocacy.
Our many programs span a diverse variety of environmental topics and interests, including: forests, youth, toxics, urban agriculture, habitat restoration, environmental education, green business, electric vehicles, and much more.
