Fishing nets strangle, drown, and crush tens of thousands of sea turtles, birds, whales, sharks, fish, dolphins and other endangered marine life. Heavy nets drag across the ocean bottom for fish, bulldozing virtually everything in their path. Much of this dead and dying ocean life is simply thrown overboard. Send a letter to President Bush and Congress to urge them to enforce already existing laws and end this wasteful destruction.
