PENnet is an automated email announcement list hosted by the EnviroLink Network. Subscribers can send messages to a central address (pennet@envirolink.org) which, if approved, automatically forwards the message to the other subscribers. Very occasionally, the list may be opened for discussion to air ideas on a specific topic. PENnet exists primarily to serve the needs of PEN members, though not everyone on PENnet is a PEN member.
