Detailed Information:
Two specific projects of CEB which have been given endorsement and support are currently operating are:

EuroVeloHub - EVH is a facility designed to promote, educate about and integrate cycle tourism, urban cycling, cycling for sport and the greenways concept. In the Czech Republic these groups are not as connected as in other places. There is some attitude going round, but nothing that cannot be solved by sharing some bioregional beverages. EVH will have cultural programs (eventually powered by bicycles), education for children and may also be in a building which uses green energy. Ideally it will be located in a park near the following....

Zizkov-Centrum CykloCesta or ZCCC - A model project for an inner city cycle path designed for commuters. To minimize costs (and to easy itself gradually into the mindset of locals) the path uses quiet streets, several hundred metres of a recreational cycle path inside two parks, underused pavements (sidewalks) and existing pedestrian bridges and tunnels. The current plan only needs major construction in a few places, but will function without this. It is about five kms in length and connects many places of entertainment (such as Akropolis which you may have heard of or been to if you have visited Prague), museums, at least ten schools, two subway stations, many businesses and other services and of course is right outside thousands of apartments.
