* Our Region needs a plan that connects our neighborhoods through an efficient network of roads and transit, not a project that bisects them with high-speed, limited access toll roads.
* Our Region needs real solutions to traffic congestion that provide commuters with numerous transportation choices, not a car-dependent plan that will stimulate more frequent and longer distance driving.
* Our Region needs an alternative that encourages reinvestment in our blighted communities, not empty promises of economic revitalization coupled with a scheme that paves the way to developing outlying green spaces.
In all these ways, we deserve a better plan. And we can have it.
