In the Catedra UNESCO of Sustainable Development, we are teaching Online Courses of building simulation models in Ecology and Environment. You can find more info in: http://www.catunesco.upc.es/cursos/angles.htm

Students need to work in this course 20-40 hours, depending on what they know previously in this field, and depending of how deep they want to understand the contents of the course. This means 3-6 weeks usually. This is a self-paced course: you decide how fast you like to work on it. When you will finish this course you are going to be able of create models with the dynamic simulation software Vensim, which is like Stella, Powersim, ithink, Dynamo and similar ones.

This is a course addressed to people with few hours to study, and the contents has been elaborated trying to avoid unnecessary materials, and really I am very happy seen how fast the students achieve the skills to build interesting models.
