Founded by the late singer John Denver during the Spring of 1992, Plant-It 2000 is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit foundation dedicated to properly planting, maintaining and protecting as many indigenous trees as possible worldwide. We also provide forestry education. For every US dollar you contribute, a tree is planted from our list of sites. We also perform urban reforestation events.
