Detailed Information:
The name of the site, VeganForLife has a manyfold meaning:

Veganism is the healthiest dietary option to choose for life, and this is supported by countless nutritional and dietary studies. By becoming vegan, you can enrich your quality of life as you become healthier, fitter, and less likely to experience weight control problems.

By choosing the vegan lifestyle, one can truly make a difference for life other than our own. The vegan lifestyle does not support the cruel and unnecessary factory farming industry, the fishing trade (which, due to overfishing, is placing many forms of ocean life in peril), or range grazing techniques which destroy delicate ecosystems and degrade topsoil.

Veganism acknowledges the value of life other than our own. Veganism is ethically related to the practice of ahimsa, or non-violence.

Through the selection of a vegan lifestyle, you are less likely to fall prey to such diseases as atherosclerosis, cancer and diabetes. Veganism is truly a choice that is life-promoting.

The goal of VeganForLife.org is to provide information about the vegan lifestyle for all people. Veganism is a valid, positive lifestyle choice, supported by such independent bodies as the American Dietetic Association, the Heart Foundation (Australia), and the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine.
