Detailed Information:
GRACE is a not-for-profit corporation established in 1996. The GRACE Factory Farm Project was established to eliminate factory farming in favor of a sustainable, economically viable and environmentally sound agricultural sector. The Project can be reached directly at www.factoryfarm.org. The GRACE Nuclear Project works with Abolition 2000, a global network which calls for a treaty to eliminate nuclear weapons, provides technical support to grassroots activists living in the shadow of the US nuclear weapons complex, and addresses radioactive contamination and waste issues.
GRACE also links with activists engaged in issues affecting the environment, public health, and corporate accountability. GRACE supports UN initiatives, the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health's Center for a Livable Future, the Medical Ecology Website at the Joseph L. Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University, and Horizon's Solutions website providing already-proven solutions globally for a more sustainable planet.
