Freecycle is a grassroots non-profit movement that has spread quickly around the world. The idea is to give away unused and unwanted items rather than throwing them into the trash and filling up landfills.
When joining you find your local Freecycle group (freecycle.org) and sign up. You then can offer items yourself to give away or find things others are offering for free. All items must be free, legal, and appropriate for all ages.
Members of the Freecycle St. Charles County group also have access to our files, links, databases, and other information on our site.
