Gulf of Mexico Alliance
The Gulf of Mexico Alliance is a regional partnership among the U.S. Gulf of Mexico States (Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas) formed in 2004 to bring collaboration to a new level to improve the health of the Gulf of Mexico. The Alliance also includes participation and coordination by EPA’s Gulf of Mexico Program and the Gulf of Mexico States Accord.

The Gulf of Mexico Alliance is a regional partnership among the U.S. Gulf of Mexico States (Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas) formed in 2004 to bring collaboration to a new level to improve the health of the Gulf of Mexico. The Alliance also includes participation and coordination by EPA’s Gulf of Mexico Program and the Gulf of Mexico States Accord.
The Gulf of Mexico Alliance is working with federal partners toward the first regional implementation of the U.S. Ocean Action Plan in the Gulf of Mexico region.
