Detailed Information:
Hi, I work with COA news. I think we have some common goals and we are intrested in exchanging links with you. Here is a bit about our history: The CFIA started as a simple personal email list where CFIA founder Steve Anderson emailed important news to info disseminator email suscribers. Before long this grew into a media collective that created the weekly COA newsletter. At this point we included more extensive newsgathering, as well as citizen reporting. In September 2004 we started a Non-profit organization called The Center For Information Awareness, which we have used to publish the COA website in addition to other activities. Through hard work and dedication with extremely limited resources, our website has gone from an infrequently updated portal with a few affiliates to a solid source of news content. Our network of affiliates has not only grown dramatically, it now includes some of the most well-known independent news organizations.
