Circle Sanctuary is one of America's oldest ecospirituality networking centers and Wiccan churches. It is headquarterd on a Nature preserve in southwestern Wisconsin about 30 miles west of Madison, Wisconsin. Its 200 acre preserve includes wetlands, forest, prairie, and sandstone outcroppings. Environmental projects include forest management, wetland preservation, prairie restoration, wild birds research and conservation, environmental education, and events, including an annual celebration of Earth Day. Festivals throughout the year include celebrations of the Solstices and Equinoxes, and the cross quarter days between, also known as the Celtic Fire Festivals. Community Days are held on the second Saturday of each month and include Nature preserve work projects, potluck feast, and ceremony.
