Detailed Information:
As the Government`s Department for forestry in Britain we have a statutory duty to promote the interests of forestry, balancing the needs of timber production with those of landscape and conservation. We are responsible for effective implementation of forestry policies and can only do this by working with others. We aim to be an effective, open and responsive organisation, committed to providing a first class service and striving to achieve continuous improvement.
