Detailed Information:
The Research Library for RCRA was established in 1989 to provide research assistance, and answer questions in the (currently 1600) subject fields of nonhazardous waste management per the RCRA statute of 1976 and updates, principally concerning the New England region. In October, 1992, the Research Library broadened coverage to RCRA hazardous wastes. In 1995 we began operations of outreach centers for Solid Waste and Pollution Prevention.
