Friends Of The Twelve is a community-based, environmental group, concerned with the Twelve Mile Creek watershed in Ontario, Canada's Niagara Peninsula.

Detailed Information:
The Twelve Mile Creek is located just west of the Niagara River. It flows north into Lake Ontario. For about 100 years (1829-1929) it was used as the Lake Ontario entrance for the first three Welland Canals. The watershed occupies parts of the municipalities of St.Catharines, Lincoln, Pelham, Thorold and Niagara Falls. We are concerned with both the natural and human heritage of the watershed.
