Detailed Information:
Frontier works by initiating and implementing biological, social and economic research programmes in tropical countries. Projects are developed and operated in partnership with host country institutions and provide important training opportunities for host country students, resources managers and technical officers.Since 1989 Frontier has formed partnerships with host institutions in Mozambique, Tanzania, Uganda and Vietnam. Projects are run by a permanent field-based team of scientists. There are opportunities for volunteer research assistants to join the projects for 10 weeks to help collect data.
