Natural Lands Trust is a non-profit conservation organization proactively working to conserve critical open lands in the greater Philadelphia region. Since its founding, NLT has helped protect more than 64,000 acres. Currently, the Trust owns and manages 48 nature preserves totaling about 13,000 acres. Our conservation planning staff is well-known for its work in helping communities and land owners to conserve land while meeting growth and financial goals. The program "Growing Greener," our most comprehensive planning program, is being implemented across Pennsylvania buy planner and author Randall Arendt.
