The Gulf of Guinea Islands Biodiversity Network is an international network of scientists and conservations interested in the biodiversity of the islands of Bioko, Principe, Sao Tome and Annobon. The site aims to deliver information to the scientific and conservation communities of the unique fauna and flora of these islands.

The islands located off the coast of central Africa show high levels of endemism in many taxonomic groups. The site, under constant development, contains species lists, news, abstracts etc. Contributions from scientists and conservationists working in the area, or working on taxon from the islands are gratefully received. All contributions are credited.
