The Center for Environmental Research and Conservation (CERC) is an interdisciplinary, multi-institutional center that brings scientific research of the highest order together with the best of social and economic study. It is a consortium of five educational and research institutions: Columbia University,the American Museum of Natural History, the New York Botanical Garden,the Wildlife Conservation Society (formerly the New York Zoological Society), and Wildlife Preservation Trust International. CERC is the place current and future leaders in conservation come to learn, teach and affect policy.
