The Michigan Environmental Council(MEC), is a coalition of 50 leading environmental and public health organizations with over 100,000 individual members. For over 18 years, MEC has provided a collective voice for the environment at the State Capitol. MEC is currently emphasizing Environmental Impacts on Children`s Health, Citizen Right to Know, Sprawling Development and Jobs and the Environment issues.
