Detailed Information:
To allow hemp to be a renewable natural resource, BACH advocates replacing the excessive restrictions on hemp with more reasonable regulations. The organization, headquartered in L.A., is a worldwide network of local representatives who work independently to expedite this goal: deregualtion of all commercial use and cultivation of non-smoking hemp for fiber, fuel, food, paper, fabrication, oil, etc.
