Our program is grounded on three basic principles: *Children learn most quickly from one another *Children want to make the world a better place *Children are irresistibly attracted to the environment.
We offer two student-written print publications, Green Times and Green Times Jr., fueled by youngsters' innate fascination with the natural world. Our online edition, greenscreen.org, accepts submissions from children all over the world writing on natural science or environmental themes. For teachers, we offer activity guides to help educators bring science to the classroom. These helpful resources are easily adapted to support language arts, social studies, and ESL.
