Detailed Information:
The goal of the CFS is to preserve organic food; ensure the testing and labeling of genetically engineered foods; and to carry out litigation efforts when the U.S. government fails to act appropriately. The Center for Food Safety's mission is accomplished by using grassroots, public education, media outreach and litigation. Currently, there are many important reasons to safeguard and monitor our current food supply and production means.
