The organization fights pollution mainly by suing polluters and making them stop and clean up their mess. It uses citizens` suit powera contained in both state and federal laws to obtain environmental justice. Most of the foundation`s cases are brought to our attention by members. We exist solely to enforce Pennsylvanian`s right to a clean environment.
