CARR - Citizens for Appropriate Rural Roads
CARR is a non-profit group of citizens of Southern Indiana dedicated to stopping I-69, the proposed new terrain highway that would devastate the productive century farms Gibson Co., the limestone beds of Monroe Co. and all the beautiful forested land in between.

This massive pork barrel project would leave the state with little or no funds to repair our deteriorating roads and bridges, as well as bring the big city woes of crime, gangs, industrial pollution, and over-population to our green paradise,rural Southern Indiana.
