We are a clearinghouse for the public and the media on issues related to the safety and wholesomeness of our food supply. We have several programs for consumers including a national food safety hotline (1-800-266-0200); two nutritionists available to address food safety issues for the media or group speaking requests; and "Issues in Food Saftey," a food safety newsletter.There are student internships available.
