Are you a young person engaged with environmental action? Do you live in or around London? I am currently in the research stage of my dissertation on youth engagement with environmentalism in the media. This project examines the opinions of young environmentalists on how environmental issues are presented by mainstream and alternative media. The aim of my research is to understand how media can be used more effectively to interest young people in green issues, and engage them environmental action. I am conducting short interviews (20 minutes) with young environmentalist (30 and under) around London. If you want to share your experiences with the environmental movement, and how we can use the media to engage more young people, get in touch!
