A truly wonderful testament to defiance against adversity - hence the title - and the triumph of the human spirit.

Ummmm Christians have a bit of commanded killing too .....

Exodus 15:3
The LORD is a man of war: the LORD is his name.

1 Samuel 15:3
Now go and smite Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have, and spare them not; but slay both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and ass.

Ezekiel 9:6
Utterly slay old and young men, maidens and little children and women; but do not come near anyone on whom is the mark; and begin at My sanctuary." So they began with the elders who were before the temple.

"The enormity of the slaughters of the "religion of peace" are so far beyond comprehension that even honest historians overlook the scale. When one looks beyond our myopic focus, Islam is the greatest killing machine in the history of mankind, bar none."
https://www.americanthinker.com/article ... story.html

I had earlier read that moslems have killed 40 for every one killed by Christians. Seems about right.

However, in the end it will be human overpopulation's CO2 pollution of the past 50 years that kills all surface life except extremeophiles, bacteria, tardigrades, jellyfish and thermal vent life.

7-22-18-----I think our old Knight of Albion is dead. Wayne has become a denialist or at least denialist enabler, and since I joined in early 2005, this forum has had no positive effect on overpopulation and coming abrupt heat gain to thermal maximum. Making an argument that makes it seem like dialogue that is positive has been a mistake. There has been too much denialism of the root causes, denialism of the severity of the problems of overpopulation, islam, and abrupt heat gain. People did not look at the fact of open ocean runaway really since I joined, but declared by AMEG in 2007. Most wanted to do little things that had very little effect, and even the staff here was in denial and allowed some real creeps. There is no point in this forum anymore, and I have only come back because facebook has become so PC libtard sensitive that even the term "muzzes" gets you suspended for 30 days. The acronym n___o for and with negro are also considered racist and get you booted for 30 days. So, many have gone to http://www.MeWe.com for some social internet. Places that used to be for it, albeit slower like this forum, were once all we had, and far more active. This place has died as a place of environmental activism and truth. It is sad and had replaced for a short while 'the environment site' that died from argumentativeness and politically correct England allowing takeover by the islamic overbreeding scumbags. It never got up to that activity and since the rise of facebook, which was once not so sensitively PC and commercialized, the activity here had died off and gotten dominated by a denialist thread that never should have been allowed here, by the staff who wanted to keep this place more active. Even at the cost of relevance. It seems that I am alone as the only "real" environmentalist left here. Hope, still clung to.
