(3)Defying Congress who would not pass the DREAM Act by doing it by Presidential Order, like a dictator.
(4)Used Executive Privilege to protect Holder in "Fast and Furious" scandal worse than Watergate, and very deadly.
(5)Aims to violate the 2nd Amend. by bringing the US under the UN Small Arms Treaty
(6)Sued AZ and other states for trying to enforce immigration laws, while (7)ignoring the breaking of Federal Immigration Laws by San Francisco and other "sanctuary" cities.
(8)Refused to build double layer fence on Mex border as required by law.
(9)Violated contract and bankruptcy law by forcing GM stockholders to take pennies on the dollar for shares.
(10)Gave $500 million to Solyndra which went bankrupt. (I remember reading of their executives getting huge amounts of money)
(11)Instructed DoJ to not enforce the federal Defense of Marriage Act by Congress. Again dictatorial tactics.
(12)Illegally bypassed the Senate confirmation process tp appoint 3 members of the Nat. Labor Relations Board.
(13)When signing 2011 fed. budget law declared he would not follow the section that ends funding for his many unconstitutional 'czars'. Violation of Oath, again.
(14)Lying about the cost of 'ObamaCare'. (15)Use of drones to spy on Americans. And(16) more lawlessness unseen and in greater quantity than anyone before}incl. Grant, Nixon, Clinton and Bush{.
Seems like such a nice guy, like a lot of crooks do. Con artist. Felon.
