I believe it depends on the speed of the film in film cameras. The digital cameras also have similar settings, I am told.

Film has to be quick and so do the swimmers. I always swim faster than I thought I could when lightening seems likely or even somewhat possible. The survival instinct ... and I can't even lay claim to it.
